Lavo Question

Does anyone know if, after you eat dinner at Lavo, they'll stamp your hand so you can go upstairs to the club? Essentially doing the same thing that Tao does? I figured since they're sister restaurants, the process may be the same.

I have a "newbie" type question about the clubs. Didn't want to start a whole new thread - this looks like a good place, since its about LAVO...

Making my first trip back to Vegas since '97 - and never really did nitelife on that trip. So pure newbie as far as the clubs go. Travelling w/ my gf.

We have a package at Venetian that includes: "LAVO - comp admission & line passes" If we plan to go there on Fri/Sat nite do we still need to contact someone to get on a guestlist? What do the hotel provided "passes" get you exactly? Will we have to line up? or can walk right in - esp. if we arrive on the early side (pre 11 pm)

No if you have passes then it grants you comp'd admission w/o guestlist. You should be able to go into either the guestlist line or the hotel guest line which is seperate from the g/a line but i don't think there should really be a long line at all.
