If you're doing bottle service, The Bank. If you're just going to hang out and party/dance, Vanity.
The Bank can be a little harder to get into with a group of guys on a Sunday night than Vanity - so if you're only going for GA, I'd go Vanity.

I am wrestling with the same decission... Leaning towards The Bank... Been to Vegas 5 times and never been to The Bank... I've been to Vanity and didn't love the setup... Had bottle service facing the main bar behind the dancefloor... The main room @ The Bank seems like a killer party if you have bottles... I wouldn't want bottles upstairs at the Bank though...
Totally agree on the party vibe at Bank on a Sunday. Its hard to put into words. Ive been to both (Vanity and Bank) on Sunday and Bank is a little more cramped but there is kind of a different energy in air than Vanity.

I 2nd the idea of only doing a table at Bank on a Sunday, especially if you have guys in your group. The "line" is such a cluster f*ck and the wait is almost too long. Plus, the way the tables are set up (and if you can get one) the main room on the lower levels is a great time. It's pretty much like having a table in the middle of the party
