Yeah Excaliber is really cheap to stay and for $22/night is a kick ass deal!!!

I've never stayed there but my boss was telling me about $22/night at excaliber. not a bad deal for a place to stash your stuff and shower..not sure of the dates either..

dont ever do it....its the worse place on earth.....worse than being in hell (and I know), id rather pay 50/night and pay cabs to stay at stratosphere

I'll give my full review on Bally's in a few weeks. I'm pretty sure I won't be spending much time there anyway, but what time I do spend there i'll make sure to post in this thread.

Damn, making a choice between the Excalibur and the Stratosphere? That's tantamount to torture.

hahaha I am crazy BUT id still choose strat....evryday of the week. we could never hang in vegas id be at strat and tryst and youd be at excalibur and tao....wait do they allow that? will they allow you into tao if youre staying at excal?

Have you stayed at strat? I did for 1 night (thank god only 1), and it was straight ghetto. Id give strat a 1 and excab a 3.

yeah ive stayed at both places....ive actually stayed at strat twice. the first time was my first time to vegas, before I knew anything and it was cheap as hell I think it was $272 for flight and hotel for 3 nights....then the other time was when I was meeting a friend out there who was staying at fitzgeralds and I refused to go there so I stayed at strat (in the middle of strip and fitzgeralds). I really didnt think (besides the cabs) that it was that horrible but the $20 trick got me huge suites each time so ive never seen reg room either, excalibur I thought was horrendous...just dirty, dark and dreary, but decent location!! dont get me wrong ill prob never stay at either ever again but I would reccomend strat over excal.....granted last time I stayed at strat was about 8 years ago.

The poker room is just an area that they decided to make the poker room. But my buddy did make like $500 one night about 2 years ago when we stayed there.

Yeah, that's why I said it was good. I've made good money every time I've sat down there
