  • Jetsetter deal for Signature

Jetsetter has a deal going on through Sunday for suites at The Signature. They don't offer a 2BR suite in this promotion, but I've held a 1BR + a Jr suite in hopes that they can merge them into a 2BR when we check in. Total price for three nights is $1,012 - seems like a pretty good deal to me, considering the prevailing rate for the same combination is roughly $800 more.

Does anyone have any experience with jetsetter deals to know if upgrading to a 2BR will be possible or not?

You can request it upon check-in with the Signature and I'm sure they'd be able to make it work.

I hope so. I reserved two junior suites with the same hope.

The price seems nice but they look like they were decorated by my great grandmother...

              post-trip follow-up

Thought I'd follow up on this as some have mentioned they were looking at or already booked a similar deal with the same hopes.

The Jetsetter deal booked our rooms through a 3rd party called LSI (Luxury Suites Int'l). I believe LSI owns a block of rooms that they lease out and they simply used Jetsetter to promote them. Ultimately what this means is that you deal with the front desk to get your keys and not much more. The front desk has no power to upgrade/change your room, therefore no $20 sandwich potential. The girl I talked to gave me a card for LSI to call if I wanted to make a change or get early check in (I was looking for both...)

Customer service at LSI was great, but unfortunately they were totally booked and couldn't get both our rooms together. We had a 1 BR suite on 23, and the Jr Suite on 15. Totally not what we were looking for, but not much we could do about it.

I'd be wary of booking another deal like this unless it described exactly what I was looking for. This deal didn't describe that, and I knew there was a chance I wouldn't get what I wanted. It was still a good weekend all around for us, so in the end there are no complaints.

Just wanted to warn anyone else looking at this thread in the future.

I was actually able to book the 2Bedroom suite through Jetsetter (and LSI) about a month ago for my trip in August. They had options for the jr. suite, 1 bedroom, and a guaranteed 2 bedroom suite. The 2 bedrooms sold out, and they had options for the individual rooms.

the LSI suites are privately owned from what customer service told me @ Jetsetter. You get your keys, can use room service and whatnot, but no upgrades.
