Palazzo's The Cut vs Venetian's Delmonico Steakhouse

Hey guys, I'm going to Vegas this April 2nd and wanted to try either those steak houses. What do you guys prefer?

Cut all the way. Went to both. Cut is trendy and they have a lot of different options. Kobe, Iowa, new Zealand.... Get the Mac n cheese side and Kobe sashimi app!

I've been to both...

Cut is more modern and trendy. Also, pricier than Delmonico.

Delmonico is more of a traditional style steakhouse. If you like ribeye, then I would recommend Delmonico.

You can't go wrong with either place.

Gotta agree with redbull on this one, both are excellent and you won't be disappointed, but CUT really is a step up based on my several visits.

I'm a big Emeril fan and frequent his Fish House and Table 10 spots... Delmonico twice was good, more traditional like others said, but didn't blow me away -- other great spots to consider - Striphouse in PH, Stripsteak @ MB, or Craftsteak @ MGM, or N9NE at Palms.


(Just noticed OP date was last Saturday 4/2.... where did you wind up going and how was it?)

I ended up going to The Cut. It was great! I chose the Cut because they serve 100% Wagyu Beef and I really wanted to try it. I honestly think the service at the Cut was the best I've received from a high end restaurant.
