  • Encore (Now That's Impressive)

As some of you have read my saga of trying to settle on a place to stay/play during my monthly (2-3 day) business visits to Las Vegas. I'd pretty much settled on the Hard Rock until they were booked solid this past week at the HRH Tower, so I booked the Encore.

There's everything about the place to love, but upon check-out I was e-mailed a link to a survey. I was extremely positive about my entire stay, but griped about their policy of not comping drinks at the bar for video-poker players.

Today I received a very nice e-mail from an Encore representative who is having a casino host contact me to tell me how that can be delt with...

Now that's cool... When you fill those survey's out, you often wonder if anyone reads them and/or cares. At the Encore they do! That's Cool!

    Encore is where it's at.

City Center is just not ever going to be what WynnCore is when it comes to hospitality.

That's pretty cool. It seems so rare in this day and age to have exemplary customer service. I'll be staying there early May. Can't wait.

i'll vouch for this as well. stayed there for a few nights as part of my honeymoon in october and received far less than quality service, specifically at check-in. when i received the survey, i made my disdain known and they wrote back to me with a personal note and a voucher for one free night. it puts them above and beyond in my eyes.

Word-of-mouth marketing is the world's best-known marketing approach. And you create that by providing a high quality customer service. As you can see Encore is doing that just fine. Great place for sures.

Ha! Thanks for askin'... I honestly don't know, kinda depends on my mood. The Encore treated me like a king, the place is just bad-ass, but there's somethin' about playing video-poker at the HRH's Luxe Bar with good music blastin' and a killer flat-screen right across from you with the game on that I like.

I actually have to be in town twice next month and am booking one visit at each.

Here's another quick story on their service.

My sister on her husband went to the Encore during christmas time. Anyways, they brought their newborn, about 6 months old during that time. The room had no fridge so my sister requested one. They said it was $10 for the fridge. My sister then told them it was for baby formula. Immediately, they said no problem.

30 min later, they showed up with a fridge, a crib, and a free baby package with toys and other stuff. Everything was of course free of charge. Shows you the hospitality of the Encore Staff, would highly recommend to anyone.

That's awesome - I don't think I actually ever got around to filling out the survey I got when I stayed there 2 years ago.

Stayed there during New Years weekend and absolutely loved it. The rooms are the best i've been and the location is probably the best on the strip imo. Everything is so close. Def want to stay there again.

encore and wynn are the best resorts to stay at. awesome restaurants, lounges, clubs, daylife, service, shows, etc. fashion show mall accross the street. i just wish something would be done with the properties past the hotels because there's nothing.
