best restuarant for bucks party 15 people

On our first night out in vegas I would like to take the guys to a restaurant with a great view and good atmosphere...

any suggestions?

We have scoped it and I was keen but a few of the guys are not into it...

Has anyone been to Monami near the bellagio fountains? is it any good?
