Last summer I had a daybed at EBC on a Monday. Definetly chill, idk if I'd even call it a "pool party," but I had a great time. Still decent amount of people and good music. Also the spending minimums for daybeds/lily pads/ cabanas etc is a fraction of what it is on a weekend.
