Gratuity is at customers discretion was what I got in the email from them. Is that really true?

If you pay by cash, tip is by discretion. If you pay by credit card, it may be included in the bill.

noone can solicite tips.. its always appreciated tho.. Waitresses at Surrender have a 15% autograt.. some places did away with it..
