Table Service no Bottles

Sup everyone, just joined and I must say, it's very helpful.

I want to find out, if you do table service, does it have to be bottles to accompany it, or for instance, could you do it so that you could have cocktails that equate to the same amount being brought to your table?

Some clubs do have table limits rather than bottle limits. PURE and LAX are two examples.

if you do cases of beer yes.. but ordering 1000 or even 500 in cocktails will be too much for the waitress...

Ok...where can you order cases of beer? Have never seen or heard of that. How many cases would you need to satisfy a table limit...must be a lot of beer I actually know someone that would do that though!

Just as an example mike, lets say each cocktail cost $15, $500 dollars worth would get you around 33 cocktails. Even if the waitress wasn't bringing them out all at once, would that still be deemed as too much for her to handle?
