Sunday Night?

3 girls + 2 guys in town May 15th. We would like to do some fun stuff, but do not want to spend a million bucks doing it. We are mid 30's not huge clubbers, and 3 of us have never been to Vegas. I ran across this site on google when searching for clubs/things to do. My thought was:

Voodoo, or Palms Moon, maybe a killer strip club?

We just want to go in and buy a drink or two, is this feasible, or do we need bottle service, hosting or whatever it is called?

I am trying to show 3 Vegas virgins a good time on a small budget. Thank you all for any help!!

As far as forum favorites for Sunday night - Bank, XS, Vanity, Lavo

Budget, ease of entry wise Lavo might be your best bet with the help of Donnie.Lavo here.

But those are all higher tier clubs than what you are looking for in terms of budget/ease.

Voodoo might be good if you're looking for the megaclub experience, not familiar with their Sunday nights though.

Strip clubs are easy. Call one up, they'll send a limo to pick you up.

So if I wanted to say goto Voodoo, then a strip club, what kind of entrance fees am I looking at?

I've never been to the clubs before, so not sure how it works. Like here we just walk in and get a table. Sounds like you have to pay money for a table...
any reccomended "party" type activites besides the clubs, or is that another forum? Thank you again!

There are many many places in Vegas that you can go to on a budget especially if you are not really big on clubbing. I went to Vegas with a friend for her bday in Jan and she had so much fun at Gilley's at Treasure Island the night before I arrived that she insisted on going back. There were plenty of people but it certainly wasnt packed. We also spent time at lobby bars (like Breeze at Treasure Island) and met plenty of interesting people. Those might be the only types of places where you can walk in, get a table and not have to pay for it. I think of them as places to grab a cocktail before heading to the clubs but thats just me.

Would you all recommend Club Viva Las Vegas? They have a $49 package that will take us to either 3 strip clubs, or 3 other clubs, or is this something that is better done on our own? I like the idea of transportation...

I recommend Lavo for Sunday night. I think it fits perfectly into what you are looking for. It's defnitely a more laid back vibe in my opinion. It serves as a restaurant as well. I did VooDoo on a Sunday night for the open bar package my second time in Vegas years ago. They ended up closing around 12:30-1 if my memory serves me correct as the crowd wasn't there to justify staying open any later. Xs is always a good choice as well but it doesn't pretend to be anything other than a major club so I'd probably avoid that if that's not the scene you are looking for. Good luck.

LAVO was voted best sunday party with dj vice for 3 years in a row by bar and night club..

you will never feel cheated at lavo on sunday, i been regularly leaving there at 430 every sunday with the party still going.. definitely a great time..

Lavo is always good... Email or text for guest list women are free and open bar for them when you come early. Bank is awesome too. They've been a Sunday staple since it was light.

Guys get nothing. This is vegas and chicks rule. Thats just the way it is.

However, if you get on the guest list with a strong tao group Host or Promoter it is possible to get free cover/discounted cover. This varies and is never guaranteed. Tao and Lavo have been doing this for a long time. You get on the list, they'll recommend you come early at opening and women on the list get wristbands good for free drinks (no name vodka + cranberry, orange juice, etc.) till 11:00pm.
