Beach Club 25 open?

Anyone know if Beach Club 25 at Stratosphere is open?...wife is wanting to hit a low key topless pool when we arrive in a couple of weeks

uuhm.. not to my knowledge.. Bare is.. Venus in mid april... Venus is very low key..
