Im going to Vegas with a friend, whos never really gone before and can't really spend the money I can, here's my plan can you guys let me know what you think? When I say he can't spend the money I can I don't mean that I'm rich by any means. I can split bottle's but for me to pick up two on my own that would be a little difficult, I'm a student and I work as an ER tech, I would have to start robbing unconscience patients to booth the clubs on my own. Anyways we are going to stay someone cheap on the strip I'm looking at the tropicana, NyNy, or TI but I love craps and the $3 dollar pass line at the Trop provides hours of fun for me I found that open bar by the n9ne group online for $90 dollars that looks like a pretty sick deal for a friday night, we'll be driving in late Thursday. For saturday I was going to contact a host at TAO and see if I can swing 1 bottle table for two, does anyone think thats possible?? If he says 2 bottle min. I'll see if he wants to make a quick bill by meeting us at the door to help us skip the line and escort us in comp'd admission?? Sunday i'll probably just recover by the pool, if I'm at tropicana i'll just pay for the sunday night, its only $30, and leave around 8 or 9pm I just hope my recovery session doesnt turn into another marathon to raise my BAC.

I doubt youll get a 1 bottle min on a Sat. night at any of the POPULAR clubs. $100 escort for 2 people shouldnt be to difficult.

As far as the hotel choice:

NYNY - best hotel, not the best location
TI - ok hotel, much better location
Trop - why not just stay at harrahs or IP and have a better location.

Consistently gotten the best rates through them.

Consider getting bottles at Christian Audigier or Cherry or one of the other cheaper clubs on that Saturday night if you're really set on having a place to sit down, or, since you're clubbing on Friday, take Saturday night and go around hitting up the bars and stuff.

I wouldn't do IP. That place sucks donkey d***. I know a lot of people say you only use your hotel to sleep anyways, but it still makes a huge difference. I completely agree with you on staying center strip though. I'd lean towards Harrahs.

Like I've said elsewhere, make sure to check out the hotels' own deals - many sites have them all condensed (I personally like fatwallet's thread in their travel deals forum - link: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/topi...704925&start=0)... Cheap on a weekend, eh... I don't know. NYNY & MGM should have cheaper rates than the other hotels and you do get some comfort.

As for craps, go to the Casino Royale (I know, I know, the stench on death might offend your senses) - they have the best odds in Vegas. And by "go to" I mean just visit - don't book a room there.

I'm staying at TI for the second year in a row, based on cost and location. The rooms were remodled recently and are actually really nice, if the rest of the hotel is just ok. But you aren't going to stay at your hotel all weekend, right? So it makes sense.

Planet Hollywood was my 2nd choice. MGM, NYNY, and Paris were much cheaper, the rooms weren't as nice, and they are much farther down (which I suppose depends where you want to be anyway)

Also I found about the same costs right on the hotel websites for room & air packages as I did on travelocity, expedia, etc. FYI.

I was in Vegas in April. Tried to get in XS on a Saturday night but couldn't get in. I called a host I knew at Tryst and he got four of us in on one bottle on a Saturday night.

The thing that gets to me is...

almost everytime someone calls me or e-mails me or facebooks me about Vegas, they ask me about the cheapest way to go into a club.

They want Pure, Tao, Tryst, XS, LAX, etc...but, don't want to do bottle service.

I have to be straight with them and say you can't have your cake and eat it too.

I agree with the poster that said to go to Christian Audigier if they have cheap bottle service. Check out the Carnival Court one night and get loaded for 50.00.

Try out that Rain deal or if it's still available, check out Pollyesthers for their 50.00 all-you-can-drink special.

You don't necessarily have to hit a club to have fun (I'm older now and have a steady job, so I prefer to do it).

I think vegas.com sell tickets for the voodoo lounge at the top of the Rio $60 or $100 depending on the night with an open bar. drink as much as you want.

what i like to do to save money is go to a liquor store buy a bunch of liquor and drink in the room why you get ready for the club and on your way to the club. So by the time your at club your already drunk so you dont need to spend a bunch of money in a club and go to whatever club you want

Yeah but you have to be able to control yourself a bit too... I've read reviews where people get just loaded and cant do shit. But on top of what you said.... get the infamous Chappstick approved Disposable Flasks!!!!! That will definately help a lot!!!
