VooDoo Lounge Rio Table Service

Has anyone used Vegas.com's Voodoo Lounge Rio Table Service before? VIP package number 1 is only $200. I'm thinking that might be fun to use on a Sunday night to just chill and enjoy the view. http://www.vegas.com/nightclubs/voodoo/

It makes me wonder if it's any good because I haven't seen any reviews online or even seen a way to book directly with the club. Everything on JackColton's website indicates it's best to work directly with the club and find out specific information such as how long one gets the table, etc.

I second this request havent heard much at all about this one, is it not a top choice? what type of musiic/atmosphere.

I have never been to the Voodoo lounge, but I am going to Vegas in May, and may hit it up on Thurday night when we arrive. At those prices it does not matter how shitty it is, we will make it fun. I will post a trip report if we make it out there...

I try to hit up Voodoo Lounge once a trip. It's not a place I'd get a table at, however. And you can usually get in without cover if you arrive before 9pm, I think. I always get the Witchdoctor, so that's another reason I wouldn't get a bottle myself. The crowd tends to vary a lot. I've seen it really empty and I've seen it have a good size crowd. I've also been there when it was a mostly older crowd as well as being there for a good mix of ages.

Stayed at the Rio this last weekend, and went to Voodoo on Friday night. Didn't get bottle service, as it was just 3 of us girls. Walked up at 10:30ish, waited maybe 10 mins max in a little line and then we were in, no cover. It was pretty full inside. SUPER windy outside, so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it being so packed inside. It was a good time.

The music was fun, a lot of 80's, 90's and current stuff. It was DJ Scotty Boy, who I think is a pretty prominent Vegas DJ. The Witch Doctors were great! So much booze, and tasted like fruit punch!

The crowd was very random, which also made it fun. People watching was top notch. After hitting up places like Tao, Tryst, Vanity, Bank on previous trips, it was nice to be somewhere more laid back for once.

Thanks for your report! That's super promising on the vibe I want to get on. I've been listening to alot of the Vegas djs to get a sense of their sound. I like DJ Scotty.

Being in my 30s I want a fun place but with some diversity in the people. I havent quite hit the "no mini skirt" age. (that's next year!). So I'm looking forward to dancing, people watching and getting my drink on.

Witch Doctor sounds so fun from all the reviews on Yelp.

I'm definately adding Voodoo to my must do!

Yep, Voodoo will probably be the place I take the boys to on the first night, just so they can see the view of Vegas. For the rest of the 5 nights I doubt we will be able to see much.

The 75 buck open bar is what i used many times before. To me thats a better plus you get top shelf with the bar.

I always go at least once for the boys on Friday night. Tier 1 club for Sat. It is laid back and music is more varied. The view is great and get many types of people. Definitely not even close to being a top club but it is what it is. I used to use Bobby to book tables there but that was almost a year ago not sure if he is still there.

I went to Voodoo last year and we got a table, but it ended up being a table inside, not outside. It was still pretty nice though, not too bad. But double check hours because last year (if I remember correctly), it closed at 2am during the week days instead of 4.
