I used to love staying at the MGM Signature (one bedroom) suites.. up until two weeks ago when I stayed in the Wraparound Terrace Suite at Cosmo.
It's hard to beat. MGM Sig is now my 2nd choice, 3rd choice being VDara.
MGM Signature is still a great choice if you want an awesome suite but don't want to spend as much $$ for one of the higher end suites at Cosmo.Bachelor Party Aug 16-19th!

I'm thinking about changing my stay to here. How's the access to WET and the Monorail from here tho?I still remain "the best kept secret"

Monorail is a bit of a walk. You will have to go all the way back to the MGM Garage. Depending on the tower you are at will take about 20 minutes.Originally posted by cm4short View Posthttps://reservations.mgmmirage.com/b...005&lang=en-US

Wet is easy. You just go down and there is a secret side entrance. Just follow the sign and walk in the direction of the pool.

I stayed at tower 2 at MGM Sig last April and it took us less than 10 mins to walk to the Monorail. it's about a 5 minute walk to MGM. The moving walk makes it quick and easy and you're indoors the whole time. you can prob get to the monorail station in 6 mins if you walk fast.Originally posted by cm4short View Posthttps://reservations.mgmmirage.com/b...005&lang=en-US

Doesn't seem too bad of a walk. I was just think of trying it out during the daytime instead of using a cab... If I book it of course.
I do like the easy access to Wet though. BTW, does Wet have re-entry? Because with access to my room being that easy...Last edited by cm4short; 03-09-2011, 07:00 PM.I still remain "the best kept secret"

Nope. My friend was staying @ MGM last year and like a dumbass brought all this shit down with him to WR. Once he was in, they wouldn't let him run it back to his room and come back.Originally posted by cm4short View PostDoesn't seem too bad of a walk. Thanks for the info. What did you like about the cosmo suite? We are looking for a nice suite at a resort that has a good day club pool. Not too familiar with cosmo or marquee. Our budget is about $350 a night and we have been looking at mirage and encore so far. Any recommendations?Originally posted by Vater View PostOriginally posted by Jarad843 View PostJust received an email for The Signature. I'll put it this way...I cant really think of anything I didn't like about the wraparound terrace suite. For the price you can't beat it. I just wish the couch was a sleeper sofa, but apparently the only suites at cosmo that offer them are the smaller terrace one bedrooms. If you have other people staying in the suite who dont care if they get a fancy bed, they can order a rollaway bed from the front desk for $30 a night. plus if they pitch in for the suite you'll save $$. if you're spending a good amount of cash at cosmo though you can probably get the rollaway beds comped. I've stayed at Vdara and MGM Signature suites and cosmo wins hands down. The location and view/balcony is tough to beat. I can go on about it but words wont do it justice, here's a video tour of the suite:Originally posted by Kmmitchct View Post

Thanks
Thanks for the advice. Very helpful.
Currently I am booked in a 1 bedroom tower suite at mirage. Ever stayed in one of those? How do the compare. Hard to beat the price I am getting at about $330 a night including the 12% tax and 20 resort fee.
Does cosmo have a euro pool with pool party? Or is there regular pool at least a nice scene? Thanks
