Not huge compared to the other stories, but went on a $1,500 run at the Aria on $25 blackjack earlier this year. Best/Worst part was, I was so drunk I didn't realize that it was only two-deck until I cashed out.

Another good one was at MGM, same trip, playing $10 roulette. Decided it was time to leave, so on the last spin I put my selected $1 chips out and tossed a 5 in the air for kicks. Sure enough that random with the $5 chip hit. Not a major win, but it was a good way to end it.

I normally don't play craps for more than $5, but a matchplay's free money, right? I drop a green and the coupon on the pass line and I toss the dice while scanning for the nearest waitress to beer me up.

I felt like a king, but they made me work for it; the stickman thought my matchplay was a free bet and that my original bet was the payout. After settling that issue, I continued my epic (to me at least) roll, having me walk away 5 beers happier and $180 richer.

One month later, Sahara announced they were closing.

The Preakness will be on May 21st, so the opportunity is definitely there. Toss down a few Trifecta Box bets (meaning you're picking the top 3 horses, and the box implies you're betting on each horse in each of the 1 2 and 3 positions)

I missed the Superfecta by 1 horse as well - - which was a big pain because that would have paid $557,006 on a $2 Superfecta.
