My buddy and I figured the best way to kick off a crazy trip to vegas would be to jump off a building lol

Has anyone ever done the SkyJump?
It's like $100 a pop so is it worth it?

Well its a lot more intimadating than it seems. DEFINITELY and adrenaline rush but its a controlled just jump me and my wife did it last october and 100 dollars for a few seconds was worth it. Just be careful when you start to reach the ground the line tightens up and it gets uncomfortable down there if you catch my drift. But its well worth it. I suggest reserving your jump online this way you have a set time otherwise you'll be waiting for an hour or so. . .Enjoy!

      Awesome!
I think I'll skip the online reservations tho, I have a feeling I'm gonna need an hour to talk myself into actually do it. Might have to have a drink of liquid courage too lol

Yeah I think things through, no jumping off tall things without a little vodka in my bloodstream lol

Lmao! They pushed her?! I might have to ask for that courtesy.

              That's hilarious!
I don't plan on getting drunk, I don't really think throwing up during a free fall would be very fun. One or two to take the edge off should be just fine.

I got on X-Scream (front row, hangs off the track) and Insanity and that was enough adrenaline for me, and I've been skydiving a couple times. I feel safer skydiving than I would doing skyjump so no thanks!

Skyjump was fun, definitely nothing like skydiving, but fun nonetheless. Watched 2 people chicken out before I jumped. Would definitely do it again when some friends want to go, really a cool thing to take visitors.

I took my little sister and her friend on her birthday, and they were scared out of their minds.

Definitely make a reservation, as it is actually fairly busy usually.

Does it feel like a free fall? I'm considering this in may.

No not really, its a controlled jump so you can feel the tension for the malority of the fall. There is a slight moment when your actually free falling but considering how fast you traveling its not very long of a free fall

It looks fun, don't get me wrong, but for $100 I think I'd rather just spend double and go skydiving.

Definitely no real falling sensation, as mentioned above you are in a controlled fall, and stabalized on either side so you fall straight and don't swing at all.

Definitely a rush when you stand up there on that platform before they strap you up. And an even bigger rush as you jump out from the platform.

The view is amazing, and the employees, or 'jump masters' who balance on the platform to retrieve the guide wires are crazy, they just dangle out there with only a static safety rope.

Like I said, i'd do it again... i'd also skydive again, but they are pretty different and both unique.
