Foundation Room Dinner/Lounge

I know that the Foundation Room is a member only facility but has anyone eaten at the restaurant? Are the restaurant/lounge completely separate? Can't you book dinner and then go into the lounge? The restaurant.com website seems to suggest this..just looking for someone with firsthand experience.

They have lots of different rooms, the restaurant service is in a different space than the lounge. I have gone to the lounge after eating in the restaurant a number of times. The view is amazing.
