May trip..need ideas on a good room/pools..

Going in May....what are the best pools but keeping the room price in mind as well.?? Going with a girl and another couple...Staying at MGM is out of the question, but i really wanna check out WET REPUBLIC this year!
Some thoughts that pop into my head are Venetian, Planet hollywood(for price), Mandalay Bay (but bad loc i heard), I stayed at Wynn last summer already...Plus has anyone like Moorea Beach? How does it compare to WET?

If wet republic is your goal, but not MGM, Planet Hollywood is pretty close and also actually a great location for getting to Cosmo, City Center, Bellagio, Paris.

It's a fairly hip place to stay and for about $10-$15 extra per night, you can get a room that overlooks the Bellagio fountains across the street.

Should be fairly quick to Wet Republic from there. The back of PH is about a half-block from Wet Republic.

Tropicana may be an option as well...Nikki Beach will be open.

You could go to aria. Kind of across from MGM, even walkable. I walked to wet last LDW from there.... It's new and I like the rooms. It also has liquid, haze and great restaurants if you want to party close by....
