Okay, so here's the deal. So I just got invited on another Vegas trip sometime this summer, probably mid-August. The guys I'm going with all balked at the idea of for reals bottle service, because they don't think it's worth it. Okay, cool, that's just inexperience talking.

I'm thinking that if I expose them to the wonders of Bottle Service at one of the cheaper clubs(like the $100 bottles at CA or Cherry) and they see how rad it is, that next time they'll be willing to not be dumbasses and have fun.

So, my question is this: Has anyone actually done the bottle service at CA? I was thinking of buying 3 bottles (for 4 guys) straight out to try and get some solid treatment right off the bat, so that the service will sell the idea of bottle service to them.

Is it worth it? Is this a dumbass idea and I should tell these dudes to fuck off and save my duckets for another Vegas trip? Or is this a genius idea that I should try?

    I need validation.

I think its a pretty good idea... but i'd say 2 bottles might be perfect for 4 guys, at least to start off.

The bottle number was just the fact that I wouldn't mind paying $300 + tip up front, and buying three bottles straight up might buy us the best experience we could get for the night.

Goal is try and get them to think "Wow, if it was this good at THIS place, imagine how good it would be at XS"

i would start by listing the pros of service to them. i would also plan on doing service for saturday night and make the arrangements. friday night walk around several spots and let them see what the line looks like for those who are not doing service. so when satuday comes around, they will see you made the right choice.

Can someone confirm $100 bottles at CA? I was going to do Cherry but this on the strip is even better. I want to find cheap bottle service because

          1. I hate waiting for bartenders
          2. Same situation as TS where friends wont have the money to throw down and at $100 a bottle I don't mind buying 2-3 myself with gratuity.

Any thoughts on CA? The reviews on Cherry i've seen have all been good but I just can't get away from the location thing.

Also, any contacts at CA for reservations?

If they invited you, (and of course they're good friends you like to hang with) you should go and have a good time no matter what you do. So first and foremost be willing to work towards their agenda because they invited you, right?

If they are willing to try a bottle service night on your dime, great. If not, you know what, some people don't see the value in flying all the way to Vegas to park their ass at a fucking table all night and drink obscenely priced booze, lol. Whether it's their money or not and there's nothing wrong with that.

That said, the reviews I've read on yelp.com are pretty meh concerning CA. Most people said it's a pretty empty place; a better place to start out as opposed to spend the whole night at. If they'd even go at all.

              A few points

I feel for you AKBoarder. A lot of people I talk to about Las Vegas balk at doing bottle service and ARE willing to wait in line-ups outside AND inside while getting drinks.

I agree with nassau on trying to sell the pros of bottle service, but I wouldn't push it because in my experience, it's backfired on me.

That said, one friend (who doesn't really drink AND was on a budget) and I did Pure on a Tuesday with bottle service and out of the whole week we went down there, he said that was his best night.

It's sad to hear about Christian Audigier as a nightclub, especially as a Pure Management establishment. It wasn't bad when it was Tangerine, but I figure it's the backlash of Christian Audigier with the whole Ed Hardy theme inside (that's a BIG reason most of my friends don't want to go there).

For a contact, I'd say call Brandon Grady (he's on the front of J.C.'s website: 702-289-2009. Tell him mike from Canada says Hi!

As for Cherry Nightclub - that's damn far - you'll need a car or a lot of coin for a cab to get to Red Rock...

Well I've got to tell you, I like pirates. I love rock music. So generally I think skulls and all that are kinda cool. I'm listening to Appetite for Destruction right now, lol, who doesn't remember that album cover. Further, another side of me appreciates a well-dressed individual and I'm about the best dressed guy at my office. So I'd like to think I could be a fairly credible source on things of this nature.

But a nightclub, first off named directly after a fashion designer of all things, then themed with poseur Ed Hardy BS, I mean c'mon. For as little as I know about Pure Management Group, I'm baffled how they green-lighted this project without forseeing the leap right over theme park attraction to go straight to lame. The only reason I considered stopping there was because we're staying at that hotel, but, I kinda don't want to.

I hear ya AK....first off NEVER turn down a trip to vegas!! if I were in your shoes and youre contemplating buying 3 bottles @ a $100 place I would choose cherry, youll have alot better of a time, its off the strip but like I said its not that far especially if youre staying towards the south end of the strip with easy access to 215. BUT with that said if you were willing to buy 3 bottles, then I might just find a place that has a one bottle minimum for a table for 4 and do that at a good place for the same price as 3 bottles at cherry or CA and that will really sell them on table service, by the way steer clear of CA def not worth it

Well Cherry has great reviews all around and CA's are pretty bad, so I don't want to go against that. I definitely don't want to go against the advice of those here.

Looks like Cherry it is for my cheap night. Have to run it by my friends, but I doubt they will care where we go if i'm buying!

Ive only done bottles twice, and the service was sub-par. I compare waiting in line for a drink to waiting in line to get into the club. You dont have to have table service to get around either line. If you enjoy it great, but its not a MUST HAVE.

I know you don't need it, but it takes away the chance of having a bartender that doesn't end up hooking you up. Sometimes they just don't for no reason even if you're tipping well.

If you are spending a lot extra to get the bartenders to notice you, you'll probably spend the same you would with getting bottles (minus the seat).

I agree though, there are ways around everything and i'm surely looking to use them.

yeah and you can get companies to fund it by buying advertising on each flask
