HRH - Skybar??

Hi There,

Quick question. Going to Vegas next month with 8 others from the UK for a bachelor party.

We're staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and as most of them are Vegas virgins I want to take them to a bar with a great view of the strip for a bit of a 'Hangover' moment (without the roofies )

I know Ghostbar and Voodoo are good for this, but I've heard something about a place called Skybar in my very own hotel. Has anyone been there? Would it do the job?

I want to go on Friday night but literally just for a couple of drinks to start the evening off so would like to avoid having to go down the bottle service route (we will be doing this in a club later on though)

If not, does anyone know if it would be possible for 10 guys to get into Voodoo Lounge 'just for a drink' in the early evening?

No, Skybar isn't really "in the sky." It's on top of the Beach Club at the Hard Rock.

I would suggest Ghost Bar at the Palms or Mix at Mandalay. In terms of getting in, you might have to grease the doorman a bit, depending on the time, but it shouldn't take much.

Skybar isnt going to be what your looking for with a hangover moment. But put me down for a thumbs up to Ghost Bar, great view and an awesome place to start the night with the boys.
