Are there any nice movie theaters near the strip that serve alcohol, because Battle: Los Angeles comes out while we're there and I figured it would be cool to pre-game and watch the movie before we go to the club

Hopefully someone could help me out here but from what I recall, there was a movie theatre pretty close to the mgm grand right on the strip. I cant recall whether it is still there though.

yep, inside of the showcase mall where gameworks, the coke store, and the m&m store is...

Just take a flask and order a soda. But you could do that back home too. Not my cup of tea to watch a film while on vacation in Vegas. But, there is also a movie theater inside the Palms.

yea there's that one theatre on the strip by mgm that others have mentioned. Don't think they serve alcohol but a flask will do.

Another option is off strip at the Palms, they have a movie theatre on the property by the food court.

yes.. Rave at Town Square.. (just south of the Mandalay Bay) is gorgeous..

The one by MGM.. a bit older.. and not as elegant...

ALSO Southpoint has one..

Along with the one at the Palms..
