10 Days in Vegas Plan

Hi,

Three of my friends and I our all in our 40s are going to Vegas for 10 days in May. I am thinking about 5 nights in the clubs and a couple for shows. What would be your plan on not to miss? What are our chances of getting in to XS on a Friday night? We really don't want to wait in line so are thinking bottle service. Would $1000 include bottle and gratuities, I am thinking $250 per person.

Is this the top ten list and ranking?

1. XS -
2.Marquee
3. Tryst
4. Tao
5. Surrender
6. Blush
7. Bank
8. Haze
9. Lavo
10. ??? Not sure what this would be

Any in particular places for our age group?

Have I missed anything and are we going to feel out of place? I have been to Vegas a few years back and went to the following places

1. Tryst - Nice
2. Pure - Nice as well but I heard it was going downhill
3. Studio 54- I heard that was lame
4. Rumbar at Mandalay.. nothing there.
5. Tao - I felt like a sardine.

We are staying at the Cosmopolitan, like House music, techno
dance top 40 etc. Not really crazy about Hip Hop.

A bottle will run you about 640 for Goose with Tax and Gratuity. You got to add host tip + secuirty and runner.

Look to see events for the nights of a particular club as well on their website. For example Surrender usually has Aoki's House on Friday's and Calvin Harris is the new resident DJ playing various Saturdays but there are weekends with special guests as well so this changes. It would be like that with any club.

Marquee is number 1 now. Everyone goes there. Also, vanity is missing on your list. I also can't see putting blush that high. It's a more of a lounge. Pure is old but it's still in the top ten. Haze should be higher, above bank. Lax has savile row too..........

I am definitely going to give Marquee a try and I definitely want to go to XS with bottle service. I probably won't go to a club every night for 10 days. I want to get 4 clubs in for the stay while I am there. I have decided on going to Marquee, XS , Tryst and Lavo or Surrender. The other nights I will go to a shows O or Mystere and of course leave some time to play the tables.

And to make sure I can keep up I am going to take plenty of 5 hour energy.

I have never been disappointed going to Vegas even at my age.

(drais )after hours was pretty cool when I was down there in may of 2010 memorial day weekend played a lot of great energy house tracks.In may check the events @most clubs may is a great month when lots of great house dj's make there way down .

Have a lot of ant-acids on hand... if you like to hit it hard, your guts will be feeling worse for ware after about day 5.
