Newbie needs help!

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and I've found so much helpful information but I have a few questions. We're traveling to Vegas in July, is it too soon to contact hosts about bottles/tables/cabanas? If I'm quoted a price now should I book it this early or will the price change and I should just wait until its closer to my trip?

Still cant decide what to do on Friday, last time we did the Palms wrist bands but looking at their website it mentioned something about "Clash Fridays." Anyone knows what that means?
We also love hip hop and someone recommended we try Crown. Has anyone been? Good/bad?

Besides WET, the pool parties that you should attend are EBC on Sunday is a must, Marquee, Tao, Liquid, Nikki. Clash Fridays is house music night at Rain so that may not be your cup of tea. Sunday at Vanity or Bank are good for Hip Hop and I think LAVO plays HipHop on Sat nights.

Well from my experience contacting a host 4months before going on a trip is pointless. I can contact them now and have them give me an idea of how much the total would be but to find out that the minimums have gone up because of a special event happening that weekend. So it is best to wait, and contact them closer to the time of the trip.

Thanks! I love the Palms clubs and I can do House music (if its what I think it is). Bank, Lavo, Surrender are all on my list as well.

I'm also going in July staying form 13-19 which a Wednesday -Tuesday, however our Friday through Monday Schedule is like so...

Day:
Friday: Unknown (As of now)
Saturday: Wet Republic
Sunday: Encore Beach Club
Monday: Unknown (As of now)

Night:
Friday: Vanity/Chateau
Saturday: Haze/Gallery
Sunday: The Bank
Monday: Marquee

Chateau and Gallery aren't open yet so aren't really confirmed on our hit list... maybe after they are reviewed.

I was looking for confirmation that for big weekends it should be earlier. Would you still say 2 weeks? I thought I had read 1-2 months.
