Marquee - Friday or Saturday?

Is there much difference at Marquee on a Friday or Saturday generally?

I'm coming in a couple of weeks and most likely to go there Friday, with a table in the Boom Box room as I'm a rap/hip-hop fan more than house.

Also, thinking of XS on Saturday - is that the best choice? Lavo's cool but I like the setting of XS and I'm going Tao on Thursday so that's off the list for Sat.

I don't think there is a diff in days, but going to Marquee to listen to Rap/Hip-Hop is a waste of money in my opinion since it's a club that was built for EDM. In regard to XS on Sat, they will be playing primarily House as well, so you may want to look at a diff venue. And from what I have heard is that LAVO plays quite a bit of Rap/HipHop on Sat.

even though the main room is EDM, the boombox room is all "normal" club music..

its a really cool room, lots of options for everyone genre of music you prefer..
