Sorry for the long write up but felt i had to share
Intro,
Hey guys so I just got back from my birthday weekend in vegas and somehow it managed to outdo last trip and each night got better and better then the last. This was mainly because of the truly exceptional service from Jordan M. host from TAO. He hooked us up with a great table at TAO for Thursday night, then helped us set up another great table at XS, and finally really really, i can't emphasize enough, really hooked us up at LAVO sunday, which has since replaced XS as my favorite club in vegas.
Story;
Started talking to him roughly a month or so out told him generally what our game plan was for the weekend so he immediately set us up with tables at TAO and LAVO then offered to help plan our other night out, which we were planning to go to XS, but i was already talking to host from there so i told him not to worry. Said great he'd touch base again the week we go. Fast forward to that week, get a text from him confirming all the details for the friday and sunday and I tell him XS isn't working out does he have any suggestions, he asked what i was looking for party/music/specific place/min/place to avoid, so answer everything and tell him XS would still be #1 choice. Land in vegas on Thursday confirm with him and he says he got a few options for friday night we'd go over them at TAO, at night show up at TAO go right it and get checked, bla, bla, go up to the table start talking about tm night and it turns out he made XS work for us which was fantastic news since XS is was my favorite club. Texts me the next day gives me the introduction for my new contact at XS, i ask him if hes gonna swing by because due to my lack of swiftness at TAO i didn't get a chance to tip him so i wanted to then if i could. Ended having to close at TAO, he just tells me to let him know how the night goes. Final night in vegas he tells me who to ask for at LAVO and he informs them for me that my party size is up 3-4 people from the original, not a problem. So walk up to the check in at night there are two men standing there one asks my name I tell him then the other man says, "Your Jordan's guy right?" and by the infliction in his voice i knew we definitely got hooked up, we go up stairs and we get the best or tied for the best table there imo, and keep in mind at this point i still haven't tipped him. Then later in the night he met up with us at LAVO.
Conclusion;
Now i'm sure at least part of the reason why he did all this was because he was expecting a tip at the end of the weekend, we all know this, but what felt was going very over and beyond for me, more then i could have even imagined seemed so much that it wasn't just that. Very nice, fast communication and also took time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail (I texted him a lot, and i mean a lot over the course of this whole progress and he always acted exactly as you'd want your host too, i mean these are people too they could get annoyed). Finally, he was honest and straight up with everything. Thanks mainly to this forum and some past experience i pretty much knew how the whole system works, so it was nice to have someone be able to just be straight up with you and laying everything out, it makes planning stuff out much easier and faster. He completely made the weekend what it was and just wanted to publicly thank him and share.
