Tipping on bottle deals

Hi all

Been offered buy 2 get 1 free deal at Pure for a Saturday night (Terrace), 2 questions:

1) Typically what are the bottle prices for Pure on the Terrace?

2) Do you pay the waitress 20% gratuity on the final bill itself, or on what would have been the full the cost of the 3 bottles (even though you are getting 1 free)

You pay 20% gratuity on all 3 bottles although 1 bottle is free. Not sure about the Pure question.
