Throwback lounges/bars

I was wondering what some of the best "Old-School" vegas lounges/bars are in Vegas? I assume they are all downtown. I'm not necessarily looking to hang with an old crowd but the atmosphere like you would see in the movie Swingers or something. I have done some research on this but want to see if anyone has suggestions.

I just went to Frankie's Tiki Room for the first time my last trip. It's a bit off the beaten path but well worth it. Cool bartenders, laid back and friendly crowd and strong as hell tasty drinks. Definitely a place to check out. It just has a great vibe to it.

Looks cheesy and a little run down, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for.
