Is the last weekend in August (Aug 25-28) a fun time to go?

I am visiting Las Vegas for the second time this year and the rates for the Aug 25-28 weekend are the lowest probably because it's the weekend before school opens and before Memorial Day. Would this be a fun time to go? Will Vegas and the clubs still be popping on this weekends?

ANYTIME is Vegas is a fun time to go! Keep in mind that there are thousands of other people who are thinking just like you, if ur basing ur timing on price...so are a bunch of others. I've been to Vegas during all different times of the year and have never had a bad time. August is still summer so you can't lose, except it is HOTTTTT!! Have fun!

Are the lines to get in places e.g. clubs, restaurants extremely long and is everywhere extremely packed for Labor Day weekend? I don't want to spend most of my time waiting in line.

During any major holiday lines will be long. BUT that is why we have this forum, it tells you the ins and outs of what to do to not wait in line like 90% of the rest of the ppl.

We went last year at this same time and it was one of my best trips.

NOTE of Holiday Weekends: Although this site can HELP you, if you did go for Labor Day, keep in mind that hosts can only do so much for you on Holiday weekends. Their hands are tied in some cases.
