OK so everyone knows I've been worried about my mom being able to hang..... turns out... she can fuckin' hang!!!!!!! In fact she's still asleep because we were out til 4am last night So i thought i'd work on my TR of Day 1
Mom and I meet up at the airport and I decided a margarita was necessary! Get aboard the plane and have 2 Rum and Sprites (Bacardi... I prefer Captain so I had to border line chug them ) Finally in vegas, we get in a cab and head to NyNy. I did a little sandwich (turns out the manager cant take tips) and got moved up one level without even forking over the $20, and requested a fridge for my poor "diabetic" mother (Thanks Warren for THAT tip) We get settled in and decide to do Hard Rock Cafe right across the street for dinner... I LOVE their Veggie burgers... I highly recommend it to any Vegetarians btw.
Keep walking down the strip. Go into Ross(Disappointment (i usually LOVE Off price stores...) We keep walking and go into the miracle mile too. walk around in there for an hour or so...saw the rainstorm... pretty cool if you're in the miracle mile stop by its outside lucky brand jeans. Head over to the cosmo for a little gambling (and I wanted to see the inside... it was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Kept walking down towards Bellagio, saw the fountains then hopped on the Duece and stopped in at CVS outside Monte Carlo for some supplies (OJ, Champagne, Iced Tea-a must for my mother and I, and donuts--dont judge me right now) then head to the hotel for a little prep work for the club. Got dressed Mom took a power nap while I got on Chatzy for a few minutes and got ready then we headed over to Blush.
Got into blush NO PROBLEM thanks to Mikey T and Don Cole. We grabbed a open table and watched some old ladies attempt to dance *Please God help me if when I'm 50 the only dance move I can pull out is the spank the monkey move... Started the night off w a few drinks--turns out... Blush was a little TOO low key for mom
We head over to Surrender and again thanks to Mikey walk in without a problem. Get inside and did a walk thru to see everything. The VIP area OVER the pool was AMAZING(We ended up spending our night there) Drank a little and just chilled. I wentto the bathroom and ended up making friends with two Canadian girls who invited me back to their table, grab mom who was just chillin smokin a cig and head to the table to meet, hands down, the coolest group ever. 3 couples, two from Canada and one from Vegas. Hung out with them the rest of the night. Reed (My bathroom BFF's boyfriend) kept pouring mom and I drinks and shots.... just overall a BLAST. Jessica and I hit the dance floor and stayed there for probably an hour. Overall hands down, one of the best nights i've had in a club
Exchanged #s with Jessica so might be hanging with my canadian bathroom bffs the rest of the trip
Heading to Dennys now for some Hangover cure Breakfast Hoping to get into some crazyness today too
