They only get 20% of the waitresses tips plus wages. I hope they get paid well..
I ususally try and tip bussers if I see them.
" Bussers have to lure at least ten (attractive) women a week. Sasson even created new union job categories for waitresses, bussers and bartenders that make marketing part of their gigs."
I find that part interesting I wonder if their tips are increased on those tables.

I know a ton of guys that are busboys as a 2nd job because the money is so good and they can just work weekends at some clubs. A lot of guys here do it in the summer too, the pool bussers get PAID at a place like Bare where the service is so personalized.
Not something I would want to do, but these jobs are highly coveted too, not just that "entry level" job anyone can show up in Vegas and expect to get to start out in the industry.
Some of the better bussers can make MORE than the average guy, depending on seniority and where they are working.

Ok I know this is a nightlife forum, and I don't want to take away from the hard work the nightclub staff do but 55-80k for a bus person is insanely good money. However (a little off topic i know) I think there are some people who get overlooked by way too many people when in Vegas and they deserve a lot more tipping!!! Your chamber maids!!!! I am serious, these ladies clean up your SHIT literally, and all the other unimaginable messes that we all make whether it be puke or worse after drunken nights. I might be biased as my mom was a maid for 20+ years but I know for a fact most people do not even leave them a cent. When you are giving every other person with there hand out a tip in Vegas, just remember these ladies (that you rarely SEE or THINK OF!!!) give them a good tip next time cause your room did not just get cleaned on its own magically!!!!
