I was surprised that Beta and Church from Denver wasn't in that list, I been to them several times, both of these places were amazing (I can compare them to Tier 1 Vegas clubs). Will be in Miami soon (for first time) so I will be checking out the several places listed from Miami.

By far the most impressive on the list has to be Seacrets in Ocean City, MD. They’re ranked #11 overall but yet it’s a beach bar with only 4 months of steady business during beach season. Also, unlike all the other major clubs on the list, Seacrets doesn’t generate a ton of $$$$ on cover and bottle service.

Not on that list (prob because it only just opened in Oct 2010) is Arkadia, which is also at Fontainbleau (LIV). That's also worth checking out. It's more of a smaller venue, but definitely a good time.

Tier 1?

I'm surprised to see Haze and LAX earn more than Tryst even though Haze and LAX don't get as much love on this forum and I've read that some people don't consider it a tier 1 as they do Tryst.

Jet also did pretty well, I had a good time there but it doesn't get as much love from this site as Tryst and the other places.

I have been to Mansion Miami, I thought it was overhyped but on the other hand I thought South Beach on the whole was overrated. I prefer Vegas.

Not many New York clubs rated very highly considering that people often compare the nightlife in NYC, Miami and Vegas with each other.

Agree with you 100% on this. Awesome place for some summer fun and you can dock your boat at the club.

#35 Kilroy's in Bloomington, IN is impressive as well because its just a typical dive college bar and they only have steady student-driven business for 8-9 months tops.

Not surprised to see NYC lower and HAZE and LAX higher than tryst

There are size considerations/venue types/dates open to consider-HAZE and LAX are both pretty decent sized clubs that can hold a lot of people and still get lots of traffic. Haze also has more concert-esqe type events.

NYC nightlife is less concentrated than vegas nightlife. There are just too many bars in NYC and they are significantly smaller than the vegas mega clubs. Marquee NYC is tiny.

I'm sure there is also a "premium" factor that's missing from the official revenues... aka the higher "handshakes" paid to doormen, hosts for quicker entry or better table locations.

I believe there's a mistake. #15 the Pool After Dark is at Harrah's in Atlantic City NJ. Unless there is another in LV that I don't know about.
