Open Bars

So I've read a lot about BS and done it once at Rok.

Then MikeyT just pointed out you can make a queue disappear by looking after the doorman.

So how does Open Bars work? Do you need to organise that during the day? I've read about Palms and the wristband (pick them up from Stuff Store(, and seen that Voodoo Lounge offers it.

Do all/most clubs do it and how do you get it?

the lower tier ones do.. I know Gold (inside Aria) does it too.. was there last night..
