It's on the high end of meals, but it's worth a splurge if you request a table on the deck it's crazy romantic.

If you go with Mix you can go downstairs to Eye Candy for a Pre-Uber-Club warm up. No Cover and the DJ is always pretty good, nice way to hang out and dance without feeling like a sardine. As far as the uber-club goes though, it's tough, all depends on what kind of a mood you are in...the only club I don't usually go back to because it's so small is Moon, all the others really offer whatever you want depending on the night.

Good luck, I'm headed out in November and it's killing me that it's 10 months away.
I like Mix...good recomendation... It is also available on restraunt.com , plus if you eat there, you can walk from dinner rite into the club...no line or cover...
I second the call on Mixx...though I prefer it as a place to pre-game with a few rounds of drinks and bar snacks...not really for a full on dinner.

As for the weather...Vegas in March should be ok. There are heaters everywhere. I was there in December...with the heaters and booze working its magic in your body, I didn't even feel the cold!

I didn't see where you're staying, but must tell you I love your idea of kickin' things off downtown. It's more walkable, less crowded, sure not as glitzy, but the drinks and the tables are cheap and it's a great place to get aclimated. Couple of cool bars just outside of or east of the canopy (or Las Vegas Blvd., but don't head too much further down that way, get's a bit seedy pretty qucik.

So our ladies were thinking we should do dinner at Treasures one nite, just for the fun of it. Has anyone been there for the food? The reviews dont look too bad but i dont want to pay for a half ass meal just because its in a strip club. If thats the case, I would rather just do dinner then hit the strip club. Im assuming they don't serve u your steak topless! lol

            If you were me!!!

Ok so we are on the guestlist for Marquee Mon March7. Since my party and I hvnt been clubing outside Omaha Ne and dont know what to really expect other then a great time! Do we... just pregame hard and go in cheap with guestlist or excede our budjet by a few hundred bucks and go for BS? The few hundred bucks isnt going to kill us but we may have to cut back on some other plans for the 4 days. Such as hitting a different club on tues or wed night.

For those of you that are seasoned in the club scene and can think back to the first time you popped your club cherry... what would you do?????????????? Go all in on one club or half-assed on a couple?

Btw, working with Justen Crews@ Marquee, so far has been a great experience! Got frustrated and almost went with an hosting service, but tried to give it a go myself and so far so good. Will post end results when we get back and sober up, including price differences.

Again thanks for all the help!!!

Hey, Props to ya from Omaha, I'm originally from Lincoln.

Anyways...I personally like to live it up large just one night on my trips...more if possible obviously, but most times budgets only allow once. My advice is to pick out your clubs and figure out which one is the most important to have an unreal night at. Nothing says you won't be back and can do the same with a different club the next trip.

Either way, however, you should definitely do some pregaming...enjoy some time at the tables/slots and tip well for more drinks faster. Also hit a liquor store somewhere and grab some drinks to enjoy while you walk the strip. Pregaming is key when it comes to clubbing in Vegas...even with BS. Be VERY sure to supplement your alcohol intake with water all day long though, Clubs don't have last call in Vegas so you're in for a long night and you don't want to crap out early b/c you have to hold your friend's hair back.

The important thing to remember is that it isn't completely necessary to have BS to have a killer time. If you are a group of girls there is a decent chance there will be a group of guys who will need help getting into the clubs faster/cheaper...and/or they'd like to roll into their table with BS with a group of girls.

I'm not sure what you're other plans are, but if this is your first time, make plans for one night for sure...it will be sure to go down in legends. Hope this helps, feel free to ask more the people on this site are awesome and know way more about Vegas than any one person should, lol.
