A unique situation, kinda.

So, part of my situation is a bit unusual. We'll get to that later.

First for that standard stuff. I'm getting married, and planning my bachelor party in Vegas. March Sunday 27th- Tuesday the 29th. The group will consist of about 8-10 guys. A Vegas disaster, to be sure.

I'd like to get set up for one, or possibly two nights in the clubs. Obviously we're considering table service.

Now, for the strange part. I was recently on a reality show for VH1. It is scheduled to premier on Monday, March 14th. That means, by the time me and my party will be in Vegas, two episodes of the show should have aired. Added to that, Monday the 28th (our second night) is the 3rd episode!

I figured that it couldn't hurt to jump on here and put my feelers out. I've been reading through the forum over the years, leaching info, and finally decided to join in.

Any suggestions?

Do you know what clubs your looking to go to? Also are you asking us if your show will help you get a better deal since 2 shows will have aired and the 3rd that Monday night? I guess if the show is a hit it might help.

First off.. Celebs.. get their pix taken.. bout it.. tier 3 joints may go crazy.. tier 1... hit ur wallet harder cuz u have moneys! so.. lets see where u wanna go.. and we will for sure get u hooked!

To be blunt, yea I am wondering if a host or venue would be inclined to consider moving someone who may have their "15 minutes of fame" to a better location for bottle service, or whatever.

Also, are there any pool parties operating that time of year? I know it is Spring Break time for many colleges is my area.

I'm thinking of XS on Monday, as it seems to be one of the better options. Also taking a look at Vanity. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it does attract a younger crowd? My friends are the mind-late 20's, outgoing type. (Ok, I'm really 30)

Dude its VH1 the land of celebrity rehab... those are not even real celebrities. Holly Madison is a reality star and is hosting for Tryst's Valentines Day party... people know who she is. When Victor was at the helm he would always tell journalists that they don't comp celebs or pay for appearances. XS still doesn't and they get all kinds of celebs. If you want to play you are going to need to pay.

I din't want to break your bubble buddy but I agree with "busy." VH1 ain't exactly attracting a huge number of tv audiences. As mikey said...money talks in Vegas...especially the tier 1 spots.

Mikey...thanks for hooking us up at Surrender when I was there in December...and offering to sort us out at XS. Had a great time at both venues...already planning the next trip in April...

Really looking forward to heading out and having a good time! It's actually my first time in Vegas with just the boys. And being as that it's with the boys, I'm expecting to pay out the nose. lol.

In any case, I don't have any huge expectations for this vh1 thing. It's affect on my real life may go either way, but I'm expecting to get a few weird looks on occasion and a "you look familiar" every so often.
