Clubs through thursday to sunday advice

Hey All,
I am coming to vegas from Australia in the middle of feb and going to arrive there on the thursday and going to leave on the monday. I am in my mid twenties and have got some great information off this site.
I have also just booked a room at the venetian.

On the thursday and friday night I will be by myself and want some advice on where to go. (don't have a big problem going out by myself as I am pretty chatty )
Thursday i was thinking of going to TAO.
Friday i was thinking of going to a bar to kick back (possibly Vbar).
On sat and sunday I will have one of my friends with me and she is the same age.
We are not too sure where to go. I dont think we will be interested in getting a table for just the two of us but still may.
On the sat we were thinking of going to tryst
and sunday we were going to go to the bank
(purely based on the suggestions found in this site)

what do you all think of my agenda?
am i totally screwed the first two nights going solo? (i will also post up in the get connected section to see if anyone else is going.. but hence the reason of going out two places in the venetian.. if its crap i can just flake it!)
what do i need to do to avoid lines and gain vip access. should I contact the concierge at the venetian and enquire about passes or should I just stick to the guys on this site. and what do you all think of this site: http://www.vegas.com/nightclubs/ is it reliable?

any info will be appreciated

and one last question, is lavo any good on a thursday, friday or sunday?

As far as going out solo, you should be fine. I've done it several times and still have always had a good time. Everybody at a club in Vegas is there to have fun so you'll be fine if you're friendly, and in party mode. One word of advice: be a bit more careful of your surroundings (and your wallet) as there are shady people out there who might try to take advantage of an overly intoxicated guy who is by himself. If something or somebody seems a bit TOO friendly or TOO sketchy, chances are you'll wanna stay away.

TAO on thursday is solid! You won't be disappointed. You'll have lots of people to chat it up with there. Get in touch with Donnie Eversole aka Donnie.LAVO on these forums, and he'll help you out.

Friday - if you're looking to take it easy and it kick back then Vbar or Ghostbar would work.

Saturday - Surrender, Marquee, XS, Tryst. All these clubs will be bumpin on a saturday.

Sunday - Vanity, LAVO, BLUSH, The Bank.

Hey mate I am heading to Vegas from Fri 18th Feb- Tuesday 22nd

Im an Aussie from Brissie male early twenties. Ill be by myself for the weekend, but I am keen on meeting new people particularly to go clubbing with, or even throw in for table/bottle service with. Im staying at Caesers Palace and from what ive read the weekend of the 18th is the Presidents day long weekend, should be pretty wild.

thanks for the advice guys,
decided on going to the following:
thursday night: TAO
friday night: hop around the Palms or V-bar (if i'm stuffed)
sat night: TAO, tryst or the bank... can't decide but leaning towards the bank
sun night: Lavo

so slowly starting to contact the hosts and guys that can provide me with vip's now.

If any of you think my club selection is wrong or the age group will be ridiculous for a 25 year old male I would love to hear it.

Keep in mind on thursday and friday i'll be solo
and sat sun i'll be with my femal cuz who is 29.

If you are going to Tao on Thursday, I'd skip Tao on Saturday. There are so many good clubs...try something new. The other options for Saturday sound good. Work that Aussie accent mate...it worked wonders for my cousin when I was there in December.
