  • Large Group-Tips???

We have about 15 couples traveling in on March 24-27 (NOT my choice of dates lol) for a few 21st birthday celebrations.

This will be my first time in Vegas, but not the others. I know we will be splitting up some of the nights, but one of them we will want to be together.

Does anyone have any tips on where to go/what time/day/etc?

When you talk about all being together one or more of the nights, what do you want to do together? Are you talking about getting everyone out together at a top end nightclub? Everyone buying bottles? Some people wanting to reserve a table, but others maybe just wanting to hang out in the club?

With that many people, you will probably lose your hair trying to please everyone. Get a general idea of what people are willing to do or spend maybe. That can help decide what to plan for. If the plan is for a nightclub, would some/all want to pay $150+ per person to get a table with bottles? If you pick one central place, then people could split up based on what they want and everyone can still be together.

As of right now, it looks like they just want to go out. No bottles. I'm not sure of the type of club. Any advise would be helpful!

I would like to hit one of the nicer clubs with maybe a few of the girls one night too.

Why don't all you guys meet up for Dinner and drinks at TAO then get stamped for nightclub entry and whoever wants to go to the club can. No hassle, no lines, and it's a beautiful club.

I'll defer to the people on the board to suggest what clubs for which nights, or places where your large group might be able to get onto the guest list.

For the 'girls night' you'll probably have no problem getting all of you into a top tier club, just talk to one of the contacts on the site (see link on the top of the page that says 'Free Direct Contact').

Maybe a 2nd tier club (again, I'll let others recommend where) for your group of 30 people.

Thanks for both of you! It gives me a starting point. We have a pretty good group of partiers, but they range from 21 to 40s lol.

I would highly suggest pooling your money to work a deal for bottle service somewhere. Otherwise, it's not going to be easy to get that many people in, and once you do get inside, you're not going to have any "home base." There will be no place whatsoever to sit and you'll spend much of the night waiting for drinks.

And if you pay a hefty cover charge and for all your drinks all night, you'll spend almost as much as you would for bottle service. And it will be a MUCH more enjoyable night if you have a table.

+1...Also since you guys are going as couples, I'm sure all the ladies can be put on a guestlist and have the guys do BS and then just meet at the table.

Great idea! If it's 15 guys or so, have them get a large table/booth or maybe 2-3 tables together. 5 Bottles oughta do it, so figure about $150 - $200 per person depending on where you go. You could fish around and see if somewhere will give you any breaks on the table minimum or buy 2 get 1 free, etc.

The girls can all just get on the guest list and get free entry, then everyone has the table(s) as their home base.

Tier 1 places like XS, Tryst, Tao, Marquee prolly won't give any deals...but clubs at the Palms, Vanity, The Bank may give some buy 3 get 1 deals or something like that. Also the min would be around 4-5 bottles, so you're looking at min $2k plus tips. Don't forget to tip the host who gets you the table, security and runner.

Yeah if you want to take charge and you think most of the group will want to go out bottle service is definitely the way to go. Just see if everyone can shell out $200-$300 on that night, if not you can give everyone info on how to get in touch with hosts to get on a guest list.
