B-day and R&R + sandwhich @ Venetian

So I'm going to the Venetian for R&R and it's also going to be my birthday while I'm there, on top of that I'm going to try using the sandwhich with a $20 or $50.
I reserved just the basic Luxerey room, what kind of upgrade and other cool stuff is possible to get?
