How far in advance....

I'm heading down to Vegas in June for our wedding, and we're going to have our bachelor/bachelorette parties while down there (Sunday, June 12th).

How far in advance should I get in touch with a host for bottle service for us girls? It'll be a Sunday so I'm thinking Vanity or The Bank?

Sooooo, a bachelorette party full of girls with their own table and bottles???? I'll make sure I stand right by the security ropes to your section hoping that the rest of the girls tip the bouncer to go bring guys back for them! Guys do it all the time in their groups, so a group of girls would too right?!?!?!?! JK

When I've planned things I will call around maybe a 3 weeks to a month in advance just to figure out table minimums and bottle prices so I can give the group an idea of what it'd cost per person. Then reserve maybe 2 weeks out?

You could always go the free route and go to the clubs without a table. I'm sure your group would have no problem getting a group of wealthy guys to buy all of your drinks and let you hang out in their VIP section. Downside is you'll have to fight off their advances. But who knows, maybe your friends might be okay with that? My wife's been to a few bachelorette parties where they just did that. Last one she went to Ray-J and his group brought them into their VIP and paid for everything.

Think the Bank is run by Light Group. They have a pretty cool setup for bachelorette parties. Different combos of dinner + lounge + clubs. Go on their website and click on the bachelorette party link. Just fill out the info and they'll send you a .pdf file of all the options. Gives you a base for your pricing and some ideas for things to do.

about 2-3 weeks out is ideal. at that time, we usually have an idea of what events we'll be having that weekend, so we can answer your questions more accurately, and we'll know that if it's a huge event, we can give you table prices that will hold up. if you called this far out, we don't know what's going on, and things can change a lot, so if you were quoted 2 bottles 4 months out, and then we had a huge celebrity event going on that weekend, your 2 bottle spot might be bumped, or put into a small section that you didn't plan on being in. at vanity, we offer complimentary dinners to groups of girls before coming in to the club, as well as deals on bottle service, feel free to contact me for more details on that.
