Superbowl Sunday Night

I've been out to Vegas a few times for Super Bowl Weekend, but every time I fly out Sunday night after the game. This time I'll be staying Sunday night and some of us are thinking about going out after to XS, Tryst, Marquee, Vanity, etc.

That weekend is one of the busier weekends in Vegas, but how does Sunday night usually turn out. Is it going to be super packed out there, be like any other sunday night, or be a little slower with a lot of burnt out people?

It will be busier than normal. Superbowl is bigger and bigger every year in Vegas. Expecting a huge weekend this year, including that Sunday night.

I will be one of those burnt out ppl by Sunday night. I am coming into town Fri night - Sunday and expect a busy crowd.

Ya, it was hard for me to call it this far out. I know our group would get completely smashed all day and during the game, and it's hard to picture going out big that night. Especially if you've already been in Vegas and gone big on Friday and Saturday.

Does it end up being just like a busy Saturday night?

Basically trying to figure out if our group needs to try to reserve a table ahead of time for a top tier club. I'd much rather play it by ear on Sunday, and then text the contacts from the site after the game to see what we can get. I have a feeling a lot of people who plan on going out big after the game might change their minds after a weekend in Vegas of drinking and gambling.

Don't scare me like that! As much as I think you're right, I'm going to try to buck the trend and plan on being all up in XS on Sunday after the game.

The key for me, me thinks, is to avoid Drai's on Friday and Saturday.

LOL , I'm not so worried about myself making it. But I don't want to get a table with a $2k minimum for our group, and only have 3 guys end up surviving the big game!

I'm with a huge group anyway, and I'm sure if I asked today most of them would want to go out which makes it a bit tougher to plan for tables. I think my strategy will be to wait until Sunday afternoon and see who's dropping like flies, then book the night with the smaller group who will for sure make it.

I'm fairly confident you can play it by ear and book day/night of. Last year in Vegas I was done by end of Superbowl game and didn't go out that night. Most of our group also left Vegas after the game. I think that's the case for a lot of people.

Worst case, just explain that to the Host. If you need to cancel the table, you could still probably get in on Guest List, have the host walk you and the survivors in for a $100 Handshake.

it'll be busy, but as you mentioned, i'm sure there will be a lot of cancellations or just plain no shows. for some reason, some people don't seem to have as much money as they planned to that night after the game is over. you should be fine waiting until that afternoon to book a table, if you need anything at vanity feel free to contact me that night. and it happens all the time where groups are half the size as planned, we are able to drop minimums to accommodate smaller than planned group sizes, but when you drop for 4 bottles to 2 or so, just know that the spot that you are goint to get for 2 bottles probably won't be quite as good as the spot we had planned to put you for 4 bottles. of course, a nice handshake can always take care of that obstacle as well
