last summer and fall when i was out there, i hit up jet, tao, lavo, tao beach, haze, tryst and xs and all played a mix of top 40 (mostly dance mixes, like smokejumpers etc.) and more mainstream house. haze and jet skewed on the hip hop/top 40 side and tryst and xs skewed on the remixed top 40 side. the others were straight in the middle. i think most of the tier 1 clubs asides from maybe surrender and marquee from what it seems will give you a mix of all...
Are all the clubs in Vegas techno/house music these days?

+1, it's mostly a top 40/hiphop/house/mashup mix unless they have hosted DJs which some clubs tend to have more and more of these days that have house focus.Originally posted by novanoto View Postlast summer and fall when i was out there, i hit up jet, tao, lavo, tao beach, haze, tryst and xs and all played a mix of top 40 (mostly dance mixes, like smokejumpers etc.) and more mainstream house. haze and jet skewed on the hip hop/top 40 side and tryst and xs skewed on the remixed top 40 side. the others were straight in the middle. i think most of the tier 1 clubs asides from maybe surrender and marquee from what it seems will give you a mix of all...

I have no problem with music with pretty much all the clubs in Vegas. The DJ's know how to mix it up very well, and if they're REALLY good...you can go from hearing something "electronic-y" to mid-90's biggy.
This topic is brought up every once in a while and it always turns out the same, the member ends up loving the music. It's a party vibe and the music fits the environment well with the clubs/pool parties. Relax, have a good time. If music messes up your experience than you're doing something wrong.

My rule is if the go go dancers can shake to it, you will probably like it.Originally posted by NyceGuy View PostI have no problem with music with pretty much all the clubs in Vegas.
