  • 16 People bachelor Party......fuk my life

I have never planned a bachelor party and this is the first guy out of my friends to get married. I know this has been done before but hear me out.

    This is for 16 guys.

March 11-13 (i think this is during spring break....if that matters)

    The game plan:
    Tao - Friday
    XS - Saturday

I know I have a lot of excess baggage but, can't i split the load?I could reserve 2 tables and have 8 guys on each table and they will each figure out their own bills? I would obviously want the table to be close to each other.

I would probably order 4 bottles per table and i would want a good location and hopefully a couple free bottles?

My friends and i are not cheap. We are only staying there for 2 nights and we don't mind spending good amount of coin for my friend. But, not ridiculous amounts.

Would i even be able to get table at these premium clubs on a friday and saturday night? I have planned vegas trips before. but never for a group this big which consists of just guys lol.

If you're willing to pay, XS will certainly be able to accommodate your group in one area. TAO isn't nearly as big as XS but still has some areas designated for bigger groups.

We had a group of 30+ guys beside us last time we went to XS. There wasn't room for them all to sit down at once, but they were still all together in one spot.

Tao might not be a good call for a large group.

      It gets packed in there.

I would suggest Surrender for such a large group for Friday

And it would be good to contact the hosts ASAP I'd imagine so they are aware of your plans
March 2011 was easily the best time of my life! Currently saving for MDW 2012 - who's coming with!?!?!?

16 guys, 8 bottle between ya..

you're better off doing say 4500 min and you will get your entire group taken care of probably with a dancefloor table almost anywhere except marquee..

if you need any help i would be happy to assist with any tao group property...

16 people is not a problem for any venue..

lavo can even handle that easily..giving you a dance floor table as well..

my contact info is at the bottom..

            cheers

My bachelor party was 18 guys, and my friends a few months ago was with 17 guys. TBH, setting up the reservation for that many was just as easy as setting it up for a few people. The tougher part is getting everyone to agree on a price and getting the money up front (make sure you get it up front, hehe!).

For mine, we were at Moon and had a big booth easily able to accomodate the 18 guys plus 5-6 girls.

For my friend's last March, we went to TAO which was fine for a big group, albeit we were on the upper level pool deck (TAO Beach). You still had access to the main rooms in the club, but the table was on the pool deck. We still had a good time and there was a lot more room up there.

Each club will vary depending on their minimums and the table location. Bottle prices also varied from place to place, and some offered deals (i.e. buy 2 get 1 free, buy 3 get 1 free, etc). Most of the quotes I was getting was between $150-$200 per person for 4-5 bottles. More money and less bottles at the top clubs, and less money with more bottles at others.

Your best bet is to just email the contacts. Tell them how many you have, ask what the bottle prices are, and what the minimums are (before tip/tax). Add 30% to what you plan to pay to account for tip/tax, plus some extra money to tip the host and security by the table. Also ask them about the size of the table or booth you would get. Some places will give you a smaller area and not everyone can be in there at once, or you may have two booths next to each other, but not necessarily connected.

Final piece of advice is make sure everyone is there early and everyone arrives at the same time. Trying to organize a group of 18 guys in Vegas is a nightmare. Just have everyone meet at a casino lounge/bar next to the club ahead of time to pre-game.

Hey thanks everyone for your responses. they are helpful. But, i do have a few more questions after reading through some threads on this site.

First, prob like most people I am not sure about the whole tipping aspect. My friends seem to think that the price we pay before we get the bottles has the tips included for the host, waitress & security. Are we wrong to assume this???

I have been to vegas twice in the past with hosts that i totally forget and everything went smooth.....but we didn't tip the vip host or the security. We did tip the cleaner guy and in turn he kept bringing girls back to our table...he was awesome.

I am reading on here that tipping the host should be $100 per bottle ordered? That seems a bit too much considering i will be ordering 1 bottle for every 3 guys.

as of right now it seems that we are going to:

haze - friday (we are staying at the aria)
                XS - Saturday.

I told all the 15 guys that they will need approx 300-400 each for the table at the club....I like to estimate a higher price when i organize things.

IN my experience hosts always try to give me the table in the back corner of the club. Then i always gotta negotiate for more bottles to get a better location. I dunno if they do this on purpose on what? But i always mention during first contact that i want a good table location.....seems they ignore this request.
