Outside of Tao, anyone have any recommendations for a restaurant with good party vibe and/or happening bar scene? Would prefer to avoid steakhouses.

N9NE Steakhouse has a great young vibe with loud music and attractive waitresses. It's no Hooters but it's no Joel Robuchon either so I think that's an option. There's also LAVO, Tao's sister property has decent food and a nice atmosphere especially around 9-10 when the nightclub is open you have eye candy getting there early. -
The Bar/Lounges at FIX and Yellowtail are usually packed nights that The Bank is open, especially Sundays for Industry Night.
