I'm planning on eating at Tao, Cut, and Lavo for dinner the 3 nights my group is in Vegas next week. Any opinions on any/all of these restaurants?

I was really impressed with Lavo. Even though I was there for NYE event (so restaurant part of it was close) i was really happy with the service. All the staff was making sure that you were having a good time. They were serving good selection of hors d'oeuvres for like 2 hours. I had a chance to try their kobe beef meatball sandwich, shrimp, pizza and kobe beef stuffed rice balls they were all amazing. So i can imagine their food on the menu will be pretty good too.''In 1969 I gave up women and alcohol - it was the worst 20 minutes of my life.'' - George Best

I ate at CUT last LV trip and it was very good. The place is nice, service was great.
The Kobe Sashimi was great.
The bone marrow was ok.
The sauteed spinach were really good.
The potato puree was ok.
We ordered and shared a 8oz Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon and a 8oz American Wagyu Filet Mignon.
Both were a little bit over cooked (I ordered medium-rare) between medium and medium-well done. Which I didn't like. Both were good but could been better if done like I wanted them. This was the first time having wagyu and it's very good but very buttery so I got tired of the taste when I was about to finish. Next time I'll order the Austrailian wagyu 8oz ribeye, but if I ever order the filet again I'll only order the 6oz and only stick to one filet intead of sharing. It's nice to taste the difference, but when you go from a great steak (Australian Wagyu), to a little bit less great steak (American Wagyu) you are able to taste less flavor so you don't like it as much.
I'll go back to try the ribeye sometime in the future, for now my plan is to try Craftsteak, Carnevino, Delmonico, first then I'll go back to CUT.
SW @ WYNN was really good too, maybe even better in someways.
