From what I was reading on the Presidential site, they start charging you from the moment your plane lands. So it'll cost you an hour just to get to the hotel, possibly more if you're slow getting through. I assume the Wynn will have similar rules.

Our plane was an hour late and they didn't charge us any more-I did tip the guy extra though because he was right there when we arrived and ran us by a liquor store on the way.

An hour late getting to McCarran or an hour on the ground? If they can tell its going to be late then you're fine, since they don't have to have anyone waiting around at the airport.

united took over an hour to get us our bags, our presidential limo driver didn't care and made sure our time didnt start until we had our bags! traffic was especially slow since it was nye, but our driver made sure we got our tickets for the evening and got to our hotel.
