Hi,

I just came across this site and it is great! So much good info from people who are in the know. Now I am going to be in Vegas from the mentioned dates for a Bachelor party. The group is going to consist of about 15 lads from the UK ages 23-26.

We have booked rooms at CP and are staying in the Palace tower deluxe rooms, and are using the Total Experiences service to get everything sorted. We will try and upgrade to the Augustus tower if possible once we get there. How would be the best way to go about it? Just simply ask if its possible?

Now in terms of the five nights we are going to be in Vegas all the boys want to go all out and have table service for every night. The clubs I have thought of so far are as follows:

Weds: LAX
Thurs: Tryst
Fri: Pure
Sat: XS
Sun: Any suggestions??

How is this looking so far? The rep who works for Harrahs has said they will try and get the best deals for us such as B3G1 or have 4 to a bottle. When looking at bottle prices are they normally for Litre bottles or 70cl?

For your hotel upgrade question you can definitely try the $20 sandwich trick. Just put $20 between your credit card and ID at check in. Ask if its possible to get a upgrade or not. So far 6 out of 7 times $20 sandwich trick worked for me at Vegas hotels ( i never stayed at CP so i couldn't tell you if this will work there or not but worth to try).

For your club line-up i would suggest;

Weds: Surrender (You can contact host Mikey T for any help with this place, he is also posting on the forums, solid guy)
Thurs: Tryst (You can contact Ryan Perrings for this venue)
Friday: Marquee
Saturday: XS (You can contact Ryan Perrings for this venue too)
Sunday: Lavo (You can contact Donnie Lavo, he is also posting on the forums, awesome host)

I dont know about B3G1 being a best deal so you might want to contact the hosts I mention to get a good bottle deals and they will take care of you guys, just let them know you heard them from the Jack Colton forums. Lot of members on this forums can vouch for these guys. You can find their contact info under Host Appreciation Thread.

You got good advise from Y&N. That is a great line-up of clubs and none of them are below par, all above.

Table service for & 15 guys over 5 night is going to add up.

What are you expecting to spend?

Some hosts might require a 4 Bottle Minimum. You might be able to squeeze by with 3 (just have a couple friends join separately)

Here are several things to keep in mind.

1.) You need to ask your host if he is going to be there to PERSONALLY WALK YOU IN

2.) You need to make sure you know how many people your table will seat (just buying 2 bottles doesn't mean everyone gets a place to park their rear)

3.) You need to confirm that your table is GUARANTEED for the entire night, regardless of how many bottles you buy after the minimum.

4.) You need to have a mutal spot where you can meet. Is he/she going to be at the door?

5.) Who should you ask for in the event he/she is not there?

6.) What is the best method (text, call) toget in touch with him/her when you arrive? (Its usually a text but ask it anyway)

7.) When should you arrive? (and be 10 min earlier than the time he gives you)

8.) What is the MAXIMUM amount of time you should be expected to wait for your host to walk you in?


All these questions should be answered to your satisfaction. If the host delivers, tip him $100 dollars. If he/she delivers you a table with bottle service, $100 per bottle always gets me good treatment.

Thank you for the replies so far. Now one of the reasons I picked LAX was its industry night is a wednesday so thought it would be the best for the night. Also all of the boys are into hip hop/rnb. The reason for PURE was we are staying at CP so thought we could get probably our best deal there through our rep and also reading about PURE it seems to have a good reputation, LAX we have seen mixed reviews.

What do you say about the clubs, positives and negatives?

In terms of what we are looking to spend, about $300 each max for table service on the best nights which I'm assuming may end up being Tryst and XS. Am I being overly optimistic with the price? What should I be expecting to pay also what size are the bottles?

This "rep" you are talking about makes me a bit nervous for you. You mentioned "Total Experiences" also. Is this a Cesars Palace thing, or a 3rd party host? Either way, I would HIGHLY recommend contacting the direct hosts Y&N gave you as well. 3rd party hosts have to make $$ somehow, so they sneak extra fees in here and there. All the guys Y&N listed are solid hosts, direct employees of the clubs. No hidden agendas. It is very possible you could end up with a better deal through them than through your rep.

Now the women I'm dealing with has said she will organise the clubs for me, then when I'm out there she will give me contact details of all the hosts I need for my clubs. The only host I can remember at the moment is a Spencer who she mentioned for PURE.

Yeah, I guess I should've googled it first. I was just worried you might get charged extra by a 3rd party host. Even still, I'd check with the hosts on here to see what kind of deals they could offer you. I've heard of B1G1 deals at Pure happening quite often. That's WAY better than B3G1....

300 per person and you have 15 guys.

If you have 4K to spend both nights, you will get some GREAT tables.

You can get a great table in the main room at Tao for that price (only accept a main room table). Tables 21 and 22 are board favorites

You should be able to swing a dancefloor table @ Tryst for that price.

XS has some REALLY expensive tables (20-30K) but you can still get a good deal for what you mentioned.

It sounds like you have a group of guys who want to have a good time and are willing to pony up.

If all 15 of you are willing to spend a little, you will be able to get some fo the best tables in the clubs.

You should expect to pay anywhere from $400 - $475 for bottles (and that is the minimum)

Higher end for the more exclusive clubs.

The bottles of Vodka and other such are always smaller than the sizes I buy.

I usually bring a 1.75 liter of Grey Goose for pre-gaming and the bottles at the clubs are easily smaller than that.

I believe the clubs give you a 750ml bottle.

4 bottles of Vodka will work for a group your size but if you bring back ladies (and with 15 guys, cmon) you might be stretched a bit thin. (depending on how much you drink)

I drink a lot when I go out, so I might be a bad reference point.

Gratuity will be 20% auto.

You should have some $5's, $10's and $20 dollar bills for the runner, security and your server. Tip them once or twice on general principal and, when they go the extra mile, tip them again.

If your runner cleans up a drink that spills, if a security guard keeps some azzhole from bugging your female guests or if your server takes a group picture (those are all tippable offenses)

Just letting them know that they are not an inanimate object and that your value their service will mean a lot.

Some of these people get treated like sh$% by some patrons. It makes me sick. Be courteous, smile/shake/ introduce yourself and tip where appropriate.

They will notice and you will in turn notice how well your group is treated.

For your VIP host, tip him $100 automatically (especially if you drop the JC name)

I tip $100 for each bottle. You don't have to do that much but I am always treated very well when I do.

You should at least consider some reasonble amount to tip for each bottle.

Like everyone else says, I'd recommend using the hosts listed on this site. I have no idea which hosts your concierge will be using, which means you may not get the best deal, or there's the possibility your res could get bumped if a more senior hosts needs the table. The guys listed on here are tried and tested, and always come through for the members here.
