Damn, my boy in Vegas called this. When it opened last year, I asked him about this club prior to my trip, and his response was, "it won't be open this time next year."

Beso is the restaurant downstairs, and Eve is the club above it.

Same setup as Tao and Lavo, just have different names for the club/restaurant.

The place was nice, but the food was average. I hope she doesn't lose too much with this.

yeah.. they were hit hard with their industry nights on wednesdays.. and friday and saturday with HAZE just right next door

I think Beso LLC is the parent company to both which is the entity that filed...
