Just got back from Vegas. Driving to Vegas from NM was scary i still cant believe that I made there in one piece. Met and party with several JC members. Tryst on Thursday, Lavo and Tao for NYE and epic ending with Tiesto. Service at Lavo for NYE was awesome. Donnie @ Lavo helped me to avoid a insane line on NYE. Awesome host. Drunk walk the strip and witness couple drunk fights with Duane (mysticsavage), accidently $100 on black, chicks and dudes fighting for bathroom spot in dudes restroom @ Palazzo, really cold weather in Vegas, saving my boy from a hooker, and the sickest Tiesto show i been to so far. Right now my brain is telling me to sleep fool what is your problem. So detailed TR will be here soon.

Ahahaha, I am not surprised, that last shot of Tequila at Tryst got you pretty good.

First fight was right when we left Tryst 2 dudes were trying to trash talk this dude with girls, dude with the girls started running towards them with his fist in the air , passed right by us I said ''here we go'' but they decided stare each other for a little while and leave. That was funny

Second fight was right outside of Venetian I believe by the escalators this dude was arguing with this chick, chick left him with this other dude, he ran towards the dude pushed him against to escalator right front of us I remember you told me ''wait, wait'' then we have to take another way to bypass them.

I am going to post 1st part of my TR very soon, i just been really busy since i got back.

So here is the TR for my NYE 2011 Vegas trip. I will try to include much as I can remember since I was pretty much drunk for straight 3 days!! I have been to Vegas 7 times before and this trip hands down was the most exciting one for me. I never been to Vegas for NYE and Tiesto show on 1/1/11 made my decision even easier to spend the NYE @ Las Vegas this time. I booked the room in October and offer couple of my good friends to roll with me. One of my good friend said he is in and couple other ones were still debating. So I got the Tiesto tickets in advance for me and my boy. Been following the forums for a long time and finally decided to become a member right before this trip. I was debating between JC NYE party at Gold and Lavo/Tao NYE deal. My boy got the tickets for Lavo/Tao NYE so I had to go with that option. And my other buddies couldn’t get off the work so it was me and my boy. My plan was the drive out there with my boy but he couldn’t get the Thursday off so he bought a plane ticket for Friday and planned to drive back with me on Sunday. This was the pre-trip report now let’s get to the real stuff.

Thursday 12/30

Get up early in the morning. I got all my stuff packed already so I just jump in the shower and pack some last minute stuff, gas the ride up and stop by the grocery store bought some candy/red bull/water for the trip. And got my morning coffee from the starbucks and hit the road. Excitement kicked in soon as I hit up the I-40 and animal rights by Deadmau5 pumped me up even more

I was expecting a difficult road conditions as winter storm was on the way when I left. Everything was cool for like two hours. Snow started after two hours into my trip but it wasn’t bad still. Soon as I past this small NM town named Grants winter storm said hello, snow got crazy and I-40 started to get worse mile after mile. From Grants, NM to Winslow, AZ I was driving like 40 miles an hour. But my mind was in Flagstaff, AZ. There is always a crazy snow up there during winter time and all the signs on the road were indicating that it is pretty bad up there. I stopped at this travel center after Winslow, AZ and this family (also on the way to Vegas) said that road might be close right before the Flagstaff, I said to myself ‘’oh great here we go’’. Started driving again and sure enough right before the Flagstaff I saw flashing signs saying that road will be close and get ready to stop. And sure enough roadblock with crap load of cop cars said hello. I was one of the first cars that hit up the roadblock. All the semi trucks and cars piled up after me. Cops said I can make a U Turn and just wait at Winslow, AZ or I can just wait in my car until the road opens up again but they did not have any time frame when the road was going to be open up again. This really changed my mood in a bad way. I decided just sit in my ride and wait. After waiting about 3 hours they did open up the road again. All the way up to Kingman, Arizona I was driving thru crazy blizzard. Driving like 35-40 miles an hour due to ice and heavy traffic. Soon as I got closer to Kingman, AZ snow stopped, road got much better but I was exhausted. I got text from Duane (mysticsavage) saying that he just got into town. Right away I asked him; how is the weather in Vegas? He said calm and cold. I also sent text to Warren and let him know that I am still on the road and still got like another hour to go. He said they haven’t checked in yet either they are still on the way too. My plan was keep driving to Vegas non-stop after this point (since I was already way late) but my body said what the hell is wrong with you dude? You are tired and hungry so I had to stop at in and out burger in Kingman, AZ and ate. I was too tired and hungry so that in and out burger hit the right spot. Soon as I left in and out it was on like Donkey Kong. Road was clear and I got my energy back so I test my beemer to its full potential. I was driving like Jason Statham in Transporter.

And soon as I enter the Vegas city limits all my frustration and tiredness went away. I got text from Warren saying that what is my full name is so he can put me on the guestlist for the Tryst. And right after this text strip appeared in the distance and I was in full party mode at this point. I had to put this song on (this song always puts me in a great mood);

Finally arrived at Monte Carlo valet line, my SUV looked like I just got back from a crazy off road session . Now check this out from Albuquerque, NM to Las Vegas, NV it should be 8 or maximum 9 hours drive. I left Albuquerque around 7 in the morning so normally I should be been checking into Monte Carlo around 3:00 or latest 4:00 P.M. but I was in the check-in line @ 9:00 P.M.: D I got my credit card, $20 and I.D. sandwich ready.

After observing all the stations I decided to go with this young dude. I told him about my crazy road trip and gave the sandwich to him. He was way cool, my reservation was little mixed up due to I had separate reservations (don’t ask long story). Even though hotel was almost full and I was checking in late he hooked me up. I had to change my rooms next day but it was all good with me, he gave me a high floor rooms with good views for both reservations. 1stnight I got high floor city center view and for the rest of the stay I got high floor strip view room.

After I was done with check-in I text Warren and asked him where is he at? He said he is in the lobby. I told him I was in lobby too. He said he is by the doors sitting on the floor. My first impression why the hell this guy is sitting on the floor? But I got the info later that he was charging his phone: D I met Warren and Erik. They were still waiting for rest of their group to arrive and Warren said that we really have to rush it and be on our way for Tryst but he was worry that they won’t be able to check-in for a while due to reservation wasn’t under his name and they still had to wait for rest of their group. They asked if it’s ok for them to wait in my room, I said hell yeah. Oh and Toan (nighthawk06si) met with us at Monte Carlo lobby too. We all went up to my room. By the time we got to our room it was like 10. Since Warren had bottle service setup and we were on guestlist we didn’t want to be at Tryst crazy late. Warren asked me if they can get ready in my room, I said of course anything I can do to help so everyone can enjoy the night. They called up their luggage to my room. Me, Erik and Warren got ready for the night quickly. We were rushing like there is no tomorrow. Lol We chugged some beers and took shot so we can at least start our drinking. Warren said he is not going to wait for rest of his group lets head down to Wynn they can meet us there later. We jumped into a cab and told the cab driver that he has 5 minutes to get us to Wynn. lol Cab driver was way cool, he was from Brooklyn, I told him ‘’fuhgeddaboudit’’ he said ‘’ fuhgeddaboud what?’’ we had our laughs. And I tipped him really good due to he got us to Wynn all fast.

We got to Wynn I get to meet with Darryll he is a cool guy. Shortly Duane (mysticsavage) showed up. Warren and Darryll had a bottle service setup so plan was they were going to walk in first get the table situated and most of us were under guestlist with Nicole (justcole0516) thru this host she knows. So we had to wait for her. By the way line for the Tryst was getting huge by every minute. Since we were standing right next to Parasol up why not to get some drinks while we waiting. And they do make some stiff drinks at Parasol Up I was happy about that. And shortly after we got our drinks Nicole showed up. Me, Duane, Eric, Nicole and 2 other guys (I feel all stupid now I party with them all night at Tryst but I forgot their name lol ) walked up to the guestlist line.

Nicole’s host wasn’t around so we walk to the GA line and wait there. After few minutes her host showed up but at this point it was Nicole and 5 dudes lol so as we all know that doesn’t look good for the host. So we had to step up and grease our way in. Duane grease the host for himself and for one other dude and I grease the host for myself and for rest of the dudes. She wrote us the slip that waived our covers and we were on other side of the velvet ropes. Skipping all that crazy line and walking by the line is a different feeling, ‘’wtf, why are they so special?’’ comments from the several people on line makes you say ‘’we don’t do lines’’ Lol. Our whole wait time to get in was only 25 minutes or so (this includes just hanging by the Parasol up and socializing while waiting for the others). And believe me line at the Tryst looked like 2hrs wait that night.

I always wanted to check out the Tryst on every trip but never been to Tryst so soon as I walked down the stairs I was really impressed with the joint and the whole vibe in the club was great. It’s like smaller version of XS with stunning waterfall. We found the table with rest of the group and started socializing, drinking and having a good time. Tryst got crazy packed that place was triple over their capacity. Good looking crowd with great attitude though. We found the table with rest of our group got in before us. Table was right by the pool, it was cold out but the heaters were helping with that. DJ was awesome, he was playing music for everyone, just mixing it between hip-hop, house, top 40. Place was packed walking to get drinks from bars or going to restroom was a mission. But instead of using the bar on the right side when you first walk into the club we mostly use the bar on the far left. They got more bartenders working there and significantly fast service. After couple of goose and red bulls I was starting to feel good. I was really happy to meet up with JC members and party.

We were having a good time. Me and Duane did several trips to bar and kept our buzz going. We started to talk about where to go next. We were looking into setup a table at Drai’s so that plan was up in the air. Me and Duane went for another mission to get another round of drinks, Tryst got even more crowded so our mission to get drinks took a while. When we get back to the table our group was MIA lol so it was me and Duane, we were the last man standing at Tryst. We kept drinking. Pole was getting rowdy inside, chicks were working the pole like pros.

Scenery around the pole was awesome. This one particular shot girl kept asking me to buy shots from here so I couldn’t resist I got us some shots and tipped her very generously. She welcomed that tip very well and all the shots I got from her after that was buy one get one free. We took several shots and enjoyed the scenery from the pole. I was really tipsy at this point, I had dance off with this crazy chick and she was keep messing with my hair and getting too friendly with me and I found out that her boyfriend was watching us the whole time. And he wasn’t really happy about my presence at this point. I wasn’t looking for any static and it was like 4:00 anyway. Shot girl gave me the last 2 shots of Patron left on her tray for free , I was really happy about this lol on the other hand this shot was really rough for the Duane, he looked like he was going to die Lol. Duane wanted to bounce off after this shot so I said lets go.

We started to walk for Drai’s and figure out if any of the JC members were there. Duane was on his phone to get a hold with people. And we ran into those fights I mentioned on the 1st page, walked thru the canal shops in Venetian and Duane wanted to stay indoors so we can avoid cold weather outside. At some point we hit up the strip and walk towards to Bill’s Gambling Hall. Duane couldn’t get a hold with anyone. I was texting/calling Warren but I believe he’s phone was dead. So at this point we were extremely drunk. I saw the sign of 5.99 steak and eggs special @ Victorian Café located in Bill’s Gambling Hall, this sounded like a best meal ever for my intoxicated state of mind. Duane didn’t want to eat and he was ready to roll to his hotel. So we split here.

I walked into Bill’s Gambling Hall and saw the huge pile of people waiting at front of the Drai’s. I walked straight to Victorian Café and ate. I felt much better after this meal and I was ready to drink more. I didn’t want to deal with crazy crowd at Drai’s so I decided to walk towards to MGM. On my last trip I was staying at MGM so every morning after the club craziness I sat at the bar by the elevators and kept my buzz going before I went up to my room and this dude from Argentina was working at the bar every single time when I was there, he was way cool and I been to his hometown in Argentina due to my work so he said next time I’m in Vegas again don’t forget to come say what’s up, I walked to the bar @ MGM and sure enough he was still working there. He remembered me right away (I was surprised due to amount of people they deal with whole year) so I stayed there for a while to keep my drinking on, he hooked me up with some strong drinks. And I remember talking to this girl, she was in her PJ’s (yeah it was weird believe me) and if I remember correctly she had this crazy fight with his boyfriend so she decided to come down to drink (this remind me again don’t come to Vegas with your boyfriend or girlfriend). It was like 6:30 in the morning and I was done. This is normally little early for me to go to sleep in Vegas (my record was partying till 1:00 pm afternoon next day lol) and I normally can’t sleep that much either (insomnia) but crazy road trip wore me out. I walked across to Monte Carlo and went to sleep.


Scary road trip wasn’t fun but meeting up with JC members and getting drunk with surreal Vegas scene was a blast.
