I will be there in Feb. Temp wise it looks just my part of the Bay. I can handle that.

I will get my swimming fix by spending the entire day (and I mean ENTIRE day) at the spa at Caesars.

I've lost count of all the posts I've seen asking what the weather in Vegas is usually like for whenever they plan on going. Since this question pops up so often, I think it might be a good idea direct everyone to the National Weather Service, which has the daily normals and temperature extremes for every day of the year.

Careful now, or some of the people on here are going to insist on new handles, like Zeus or Aphrodite.

I think it's the social media generation.

Its easier to just plug into your network and ask everybody you know rather than to stop, think and solve it yourself.

and maybe, just maybe, all the great advise that is dispensed on this site has fostered a lot of trust....hence people are asking Coltonites for weather forecasts.

Might be a testament to this sites success.

The temperature doesn't necessarily dictate how it is going to "feel". 30-something degrees does not feel the same in NY as it does in DC as it does in Vegas or the Bay area. Similarly in the summer Vegas is a very dry heat while other places are very humid. That's a good starting point, but is not an end all be all.

yeah let me say im a lot more tolerant of the 100 deg weather of Vegas than even 90 degree humid crap. with that said im one who can't tolerate heat, and 100 is a bit too much, but i survived with very little complaints.

We hit up Vegas for March Madness every year and it's usually good enough for pool action. Last year it got close to 80. I've seen some years though when it only hits mid 50's.
Last year though the Hard Rock pool, Flamingo and Palms pool were all open and rockin out.

You should be golden.

Last march i was in vegas during march madness and not all the pools were open. However enough were open to make it fun and have options. The weather was good, but it wasn't overly hot.
