Planning a 21st birthday trip from Oregon in Feb.
I'm planning on going to Vegas for my 21st with a friend. It'll be my fifth time going, but first without the fam. I found this site while looking up some clubs, and it has a ton of good info! I was just wondering if staying at Encore has any benefit when wanting to get into XS on a Sunday.
